Refund and Cancellation
Understanding our subscription terms, termination effects, and refund policies
Important Notice
Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued for unused portions of the service.
Subscription Terms
- •Regular subscriptions begin on the effective date specified in the Order
- •Trial subscriptions last 30 days from service activation
- •GitaGPT reserves the right to terminate trial subscriptions at any time
- •Termination may occur for Agreement violations, illegal activity, or at law enforcement request
Termination Effects
- •All Orders and access terminate automatically (except free user access)
- •All outstanding payments become immediately due
- •Data storage guaranteed for 30 days post-termination
- •No obligation to store or allow data retrieval after 30 days
Refund Terms
- •No refunds for unused services after cancellation
- •No refunds for remaining subscription time
- •Terms and Conditions sections 1, 3-6 survive termination
